This Privacy Notice explains how Second Jeans Stockholm (enskild firma) ("we", "us", or "our"), the data controller, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Kvick (the "Service").

  • Account information: name, email address, password hash, and account preferences.
  • Usage data: tool usage, features accessed, request metadata, and gamification data (XP, levels, streaks).
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system.
  • Communications: support messages and feedback you send us.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment reseller Paddle. We do not store full payment card details.

2. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

  • provide and maintain the Service, including authentication and personalization;
  • process subscription payments and manage billing;
  • improve the Service, detect fraud, and ensure security;
  • communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
  • send marketing communications only where you have consented.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data based on: (a) performance of a contract when you use the Service; (b) legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement; (c) your consent for optional marketing communications; and (d) legal obligations where applicable.

4. Data sharing

  • Paddle: our Merchant of Record for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data.
